Refund Window

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, within 120 days from the purchase date, the cost of your order will be fully refunded.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number, purchase email, product name, and reason for the refund request.
3. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method when supported by the payment gateway.

For digital music products, refund approval may require verification that the order was made through the official store and falls inside the refund window.
